Episode description

A Really Good Cry with Radhi won’t solve all your problems, but it WILL go through them with you. A space to feel it all: laugh, cry and everything in between. As you go through the seasons of life, the emotions, the uncomfortable, the good stuff and even on those days you ‘just don't want to’, these conversations will have something for you. Whether it's vulnerable moments with friends, discussions with experts, or the wisdom, research and experiences that Radhi learns herself and shares with you; this podcast will be the bridge between you and the person you’re becoming.

Speaker 1

When was the last time you had a really good cry? To lose your breath, snotty nose, rosy cheeks, get everything out kind of cry. I'm Radi Devlukiah and on my podcast, a really good cry, we embrace the real, the messy, and the beautiful, providing a space for us to work through the parts of life that can be difficult to

digest alone. Together, whether it's raw, unfiltered conversations, debate and discussions of different perspectives and life experiences, or going on an emotional roller coaster, A really good cry is a space for you to learn, connect and find comfort together that allows us to see the world and ourselves with a new perspective. I'm sixteen, I'm impulsive. I was like, let's run away and get married.

Speaker 2

Why would I deny the world my beauty. Our tears come as a way to let us release what we can't hold anymore.

Speaker 3

And I trust that no one's ever going to find out those deepest stockets seen.

Speaker 1

It's been a hard day. She walks out, and this is what she looks like.

Speaker 3

Oh my gosh, you're an oscar.
