Everything Changes

With the one constant in life being change Cindy encourages us to embrace this energy rather than fear it. Like nature we too must change to keep energy healthy and moving. With a tale about an inner directive keeping her safe, a ceiling/roof falling in Cindy reminds us that if we refuse to change, change has a way of building a back log eventually making change more difficult. Change does not have to be great - little ones are just as valuable as their bigger brothers.
