In 2018 Jack was touched by suicide.

Jacks good friend Matt Simpson lost his life to suicide. Leaving behind loving family and friends.

In the wake of Matt's passing his wife Kristy started the hashtag #talk2mebro to raise awareness for mens mental health and encourage men to reach out to their mates when they weren't feeling 100%.

The organisation has gone on to help so many in its first 2 years and will continue to do so.

Jack and I speak about his own battle with depression as a teenager and how he keeps himself mentally fit to ensure he is living life with a smile inside and out.
