In the name of vulnerability, Brad (The Captain) has come together with 2 of his best mates Tye (Phoony) & Joey (The Zoolander) for a series of episodes to tackle some of life’s big questions, topics & the tough stuff that we so often choose to battle in solitude.
The aim is to inspire you to connect with your mates in vulnerability & hold space for each other on the foundation of unconditional love & support, whilst encouraging positive mental health.
The boys feel so blessed to have the incredible friendship they do & it’s no coincidence that our depth of conversation has created such strength in our bond.
This week they delve into the topic of validation. All 3 of the lads were set homework to define validation in their own words, speak about the areas of their life in which they seek it & whether their relationship with validation feels negative &/or positive.
