Emotional Intelligence is something that we have been learning about and we wanted to share how understanding this can help you navigate through life circumstances.
Jeff has been a pastor his entire adult life; with students, a non-profit, campus lead pastor for a multi site church, and now as a life coach and pastoral counselor.
In 2012 he enrolled in a leadership program with Christian psychologist Dr. John Townsend where he began to learn the importance of emotional intelligence. The experience saved his life and marriage. It was so transformative that he became a director in the Townsend Leadership Program. Later, he and wife, Lisa, formed Myers Life and Leadership to bring freedom and emotional wholeness to individuals, couples and the Church. They are currently working on the inside sales team at Redfin Real Estate while building the coaching ministry and creating a small retreat home on California’s central coast where they will begin hosting pastors and leaders in 2021. Jeff and Lisa have been married for 26 years and live with their four kids, ages 10-22, in Southern California.
