While in Perth, Richard caught up with Bec Johnson. She is the CEO of the Telethon Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre - a charity that supports families of kids with type 1 diabetes. She has Type 1 diabetes herself, and has been Low Carb/Ketogenic for 17 years. She is also a super woman for whom nothing appears impossible - even ocean marathon swimming.
