I'm the mom of a teenager and a preteen, and cultural norms and expectations have definitely shifted from my own childhood in the 80s & 90s. Sometimes I feel like I'm learning modern manners alongside my kids instead of teaching them from a place of authority.
My guest Brooke Romney believes that the only thing harder than parenting a modern teen is being a modern teen.
