008 I see you

Someone told me, "Bearnie you are a visionary, I see you, you have the ability to see opportunities where others see problems." I began to imagine that in my reality, I was that guy whom this person referred to. And I thought, I have a strong desire to wish it were true. While I was daydreaming, the person told me: "Well, we are going to start the project that I mentioned before and if you are in charge of it, surely we can accomplish it. Can we count on you?" How does one say no to such a proposal? Before answering I had already imagined everything, it was a marvelous vision of myself. And in the midst of that fantasy, "suspicion" spoke to me. “Do you really accept?...” That was enough to wake me up. I was surprised with that initial questioning. Then I said to myself "My, my, my. This person wants to use you to achieve a particular dream and look at you, you completely fell for that”. I was about to continue with my drama when my inner voice told me "And if so, what then? Don’t you like the vision this person has of you?" "Analyze this version well, you are just like that, but you don't believe it. And if you check your past, you will realize that the vision of that person is completely logical and very real." I shook my head and said to myself, “Avoid focusing on that person's intentions, think about yourself and what you would like to be. Don’t you like that fantastic vision about yourself? Have you seen yourself like this before?" The answer was straight forward... "I like what I see and I have never seen myself like this before or to be more precise, I didn’t want to believe it." Later I continued to meditate on the ability of others to see what we can’t. Well, we can but we don't want to believe it. Every day we allow ourselves to receive so many negative messages that we end up believing them. But, the simple opinion of others, although sometimes bland, is enough to bring us back. You may think, "but they just want to hurt you and use you for their own purposes." It may be, that’s why I invite you to meditate and listen to your inner voice that knows perfectly what you want to be and that is your unmistakable guide. I believe that’s the answer to the mystery, we have forgotten who we truly are, however, we can remember the greatness of others. So, if you see me as I truly am, please, help me to remember that, and if I can see you as you are, I will help you to be the best version of yourself. Forget about the intentions of others, look at your own magnificence and all that you can be if you set your mind to it.
