1H1D #108: The Evil Within 2

With just a glance at the title, you know Chris must be thrilled.

In a not-so-surprising move, the Xbox Game Pass “Surprise Me” button has resumed torturing poor Chris by choosing a third person survival horror game. Developed by Tango Gameworks, this selection also happens to be a sequel to a game that neither of our hosts have ever played. It seems obvious that the deck is stacked against this title, but with both solid critical reviews and a lineage that traces back to the Resident Evil series, will the final decisions prove surprising? As usual, the game has just one hour to carve its place within the hearts of our hosts. With the time now up and the controllers put down, is this an evil that sinks in, or will Tom and Chris be looking for a hasty exorcism?
