Created by nonprofit Committee for Children, the world leader in social-emotional education, Mind Yeti offers a growing library of short, guided audio sessions featuring diverse voices and immersive soundscapes that invite kids and their adults to practice mindfulness techniques like deep breathing, stretching, and emotional self-regulation. Designed by educational specialists to help kids settle the Hubbub, teachers and counselors use Mind Yeti to start the day, to facilitate smoother transitions after lunch or recess, to re-focus on the task ahead, to relieve testing anxiety, to help create kinder, more positive learning environments, and to share with parents to use at home with their kids.
