Mo Teague is a teacher with a tremendous CV in both real-world application (military, professional and civilian) and martial arts training. His life has long been one of discovery, exploration and reality checks. It has also involved a lot of conflict. Much has been said and discussed about his external conflicts. However, on this episode we touch upon internal divisions through the concept of identity. Mo discusses how identities imposed upon us directly affect our choices and how we might craft our own identities in a positive way, laying the foundation on values and beliefs. Mo is perhaps the biggest all round influence on my teaching methods and martial arts education. With the podcast now in its seventh season this discussion is long overdue.
