Today we find ourselves in a time where friends have become strangers and strangers have become enemies. Conflict abounds. Trust is none. We’ve become poor relationally speaking.

Whether online or in person, the person next to us is no longer seen as our neighbour whom we can trust. What’s the impact on this fact on our work, on our relationships and maybe even more importantly, on our health? Is there any way we can build the most asset or capital in our lives, which is social, which is trust.
