Building Self Confidence by "filling our own buckets"

In this episode I talk about ways that we can help build our children's self confidence and self esteem.  So often we look for external approval to feel good about ourselves.  This sets us up to constantly basing how we feel about our selves by other's opinions.  I give suggestions on how we can fill our own buckets and find confidence in ourselves.  If you want to help your child be secure and confident in who they are then listen in to find out some ways to encourage them to look within and to find their strengths.
