Episode description

This is Lindsey Glockzin, a Social Worker and now plant-based wellness coach and yoga teacher. Lindsey spent years navigating the medical system seeking treatment for social anxiety. After years of being medicated and disconnected from herself she began experiencing chronic pain. Her physician was unable to determine the cause, or provide any support besides taking Tylenol. Lindsey started to explore other holistic options which changed her life in so many ways. Her life goal is to help others do the same using movement, mindfulness, and plants.
