I am back! :) This is a Solo Episode - my first - eek! 

Thank you all for the grace while I dealt with 3 losses in 2022. 

On this episode I talk all about losing my stepdad, my paternal grandfather and my maternal grandfather. 

Losing that many people can really make you take a step back and reflect on what matters to you. 

I am working on healing, my family and helping you ALL with tips on how to get through some very heavy shit.
