Todays guest, Liz Tran, grew up very poor in Section 8 housing and made her way to become an executive at a venture capital firm. She was making six figures and, by all intents and purposes, she had reached “success.”
But she soon realized that her definition of success wasn’t working for her. Reaching a new income level didn’t translate to her happiness or anyone else’s. She wanted to impact the world beyond making a few men richer.
Liz generously invites us into the winding road of her path to success. And the road started with changing her definition of success entirely.
Liz Tran is the founder of Reset, where she works as an executive coach to CEOs and founders of fast-growing companies.
