You may not know Aaron Silvers, but around here we affectionately refer to him as the OG of xAPI.  He has been driving it since its inception as Tin Can and worked tirelessly promoting the benefits for our community of instructional designers and L&D professionals.

We'll talk with Aaron about the early days of xAPI and why it was necessary to create in a world dominated by SCORM.  And while SCORM will likely never go away, xAPI is finally delivering on the promise of flexible and specific data analytics for learning professionals.  We can do so much more than track completions, and butts in seats.  

It's a great honor to have Aaron back with us on IDIODC and I hope you'll join us, and invite your entire team to meet, and learn from, this L&D Legend!
