In this episode we discuss how to utilise imagination to embody animal wisdom, freedom and expression, and utilise that wisdom to upgrade, expand and change the everyday experiences we have in life and how we behave in any given situation.

We discuss how to use breath work, meditation and gratitude to really help us release and move through trauma in our bodies to be able to expose ourselves to the freedom, calmness and appreciation that presents itself on the other side. Thus, living better quality lives and revealing the Truth of who we are.

We also explore co-dependency and how we define and think about relationships – not just to our partners but the relationship we have to everything in our lives, and how this realisation can really help us better understand ourselves.
