Jesus’ awe-inspiring power and authority clearly means that He is the real deal, but merely recognizing this fact isn’t enough. In this text we will see three different reactions to Jesus’ authority and from there we learn what that means for us today who submit to Jesus’ authority.  Not only should our submission lead to reverent worship of this God-Man, but also a change in how we orient our hearts and lives.
