Scaling your Product Team with Glenn Martin

When you're looking at hiring and scaling up your Product Team there are so many things to consider and Glenn Martin has seen them all.

Glenn and I recently spoke about how to scale up your team and how you, as a Product Leader need to ABH (Always Be Hiring). We spoke about effective ways to do that so it doesn't take up all of your time. Glenn also had a very interesting view for all of those of us who are not hiring at Google, Meta or Amazon. I think Glenn's thinking was a breath of fresh air and it also made me realise just how important this is.
