She is an ex-cardiac nurse, now small business owner, but her days of working on hearts isn’t over because she has captured the hearts of makers all over the world. I’m talking about the one and only Christy with Oakhill Millworks. In Christy’s words, this guy likes ducks, not getting haircuts, and is always “Fixin’ to” do something! I agree with all of that because this duck-lovin’ maker always keeps us on our toes trying to figure out what he’s going to make next. Nick with Stated Woods Co is here as well.   

While the world was locked away in their homes in total isolation, these two stepped out and brought makers together. What started in 2020 as a small, friendly competition amongst makers, has now grown into its fourth season of collabs, and I’m going to try to get the exclusive on this year’s theme. Today I get the chance to talk with Nick and Christy about the Maker Collab.
