In this passion filled episode, Rebecca Jones is joined by Lauren Hall, the Executive Director of YMCA San Diego County. Hall explains how she first got involved with the YMCA 20+ years ago and how she instantly fell in love with the organization and their mission. She describes herself as assertive and finds it important to go after what she wants in all aspects of her life. Hall measures her success by her own personal happiness and the growth/evolution it brings. She goes on to explain how the pandemic has affected the YMCA, and how the return of activities has greatly improved the mental health of many young athletes a part of the YMCA community.

The episode ends with Lauren Hall encouraging young women to do what makes them happy and set work life balance boundaries.
