Anxiety and self-doubt abound at the office as anonymous peer reviews come out, especially Leif who has two solos singing about how sad he is. It’s Simon’s dad’s birthday who died, and she tries to cheer him up with a grief kit. Zoey meddles in her brother’s affairs, and it backfires affecting their relationship. Maggie decides to continue the business even without her husband at her side. Simon comes over to Zoey’s house and he is spiraling about his dad’s suicide and she comforts him.
