Jeff Winterkorn built his career on building bike parts. As SRAM’s vice president of global manufacturing, he oversees facilities worldwide. He’s been acting director of the Zipp factory and is a regular presence at our Indianapolis factory. Jeff provides keen insight into what makes for an efficient factory—it comes down to people.
