God Rests

The Hebrew account of creation tells us that G-d ceased from HIS labors and commanded mankind to do likewise. One day each week is set aside as a testimony that we believe in Creation as described in the Bible. The first man Adam had his interaction with the creator damaged by a wrong action, Can it be that our Maker wishes to restore relationship with HIS people? Perhaps we need to slow down and also learn to rest. This only works when our Instructor (G-D) grants HIS spirit to our Quiet soul.
