004 - The Power of Saying No

i have noticed many people have an issue with saying no. after thinking about it for a while, i wanted to hit record and share my thoughts about it. i used to say yes to many many many things and noticed the negative effect it had on me. once i began to learn that saying no has tremendous ROI, i started to put more into that power.
