Pre-HF: An Intimate Talk on Physical Assault

In this episode, Dr. Courtney Tracy discusses a personal incident that occurred almost two weeks before filming this episode. She was physically assaulted and, after internal and external repair, decided to share her experience with her listeners. She discusses the psychological and physiological symptoms that arose post-assault and shares her beliefs in how human beings should respond to themselves after they experience something so traumatizing.
