These nerves are totally normal, but Adele talks through what she would do - including some infused olive oil lol. Another listener is struggling with navigating change and loneliness at the end of a big chapter of life, finishing year 12. We then finish the episode with a chat about the puppy blues, and even though Franklin is so well-behaved now, Adele struggled with this at the start too, and shares some tips.
