The most powerful therapy for me has been movement. Especially NIA Technique mindful dance fitness. NIA taught me how to sense my body, be present in the moment, and listen to my body’s voice. By embracing my body, I discovered my own uniqueness, which I now embrace.

Today as a movement teacher, I create a safe, shame-free space where participants can move their own way, feel the joy of movement and be transported for a magical hour of positive transformation.

My movement classes are high-energy but very low-impact, suitable for all fitness levels. No talent or experience is required. Even if you’re the worst dancer in the world, it doesn’t matter. If you have a body, and are ready to embrace your uniqueness, you can enjoy and benefit from my classes.
