Erin is on a mission to transform the employee experience by empowering managers to become the leaders they aspire to be. She spent 12-years in the commercial insurance industry and led client service teams ranging in size from 7 to more than 40. Through this experience, she learned firsthand that being a great leader is much easier said than done.

After personally navigating the many ups and downs of leadership, she pivoted her career to focus on empowering & supporting emerging, first-time and middle managers. Erin founded, Lead Connext, an online leadership community & development platform offering 1-on-1 coaching, virtual peer groups and on-demand resources.
