Why am I not heard

The frustration that builds when you are not heard and you don't understand why, is overwhelming. There should be a change, everyone needs a listening ear, especially the ear of a loved one. It's not a nice feeling to hear empty sorrys intended to patch wounds that would never heal. In order for a wound to heal, it needs attention. If you constantly think it and feel it then it's true, you are not being heard so evaluate the situation and think about your next steps. Your voice matters to someone who is willing to hear you.
