We all have plans for our free time but nothing ever goes as planned. We are so happy because we can do what we want, but never what we planned. Then Sunday night comes, when we need to prep for the joys of Monday morning or the end of our annual leave and we finally remember all the things we planned, but didn't do. Obsession can be dangerous and you have to be careful how you invest your emotions into people especially when you have just met them. They may not share the same feelings and could hurt you which can lead your mind to go to places it never thought it could do or make you do things that can be considered as out of character. Guard your mind and put a limit on your obsession so it can never cross the line and get you in trouble.
Birthdays are a great time to celebrate and reflect on your life. Reflecting on the lessons you have learnt and mistakes you will never make again. It's a time to look back on great achievements made and pushing towards even greater achievements. Take that day and make it as simple as it can be so you don't get overwhelmed by trying to do things you think can make you happy. Just be happy with the present moment, focus on you. Fresh starts!
