Today Patty welcomes another Patti to the show. Patti Temple Rocks, author and speaker, is here to talk about the subject… that no one talks about. Age has always been a bit taboo in most cultures. When it is spoken about, it’s often to make fun of or belittle those who are “over the hill.” But in companies across the globe, those same people are some of the most highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced employees that a company could ever hope to have.

Patty and Patti have a conversation about how ageism effects men and women differently, how companies are actually losing money by not catering to older, more experienced employees, and how honesty in the interview process pays off.
