19 - comparison is the thief of joy

In this week's episode, I present to you one of the most over used (well deserved to be) phrases out there at the moment - COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY! Especially with the growing amount of social media apps that are shoved in our faces all day, err day - I discuss some ways to help navigate using these without it totally consuming you and encouraging anxious or insecure emotions. I know, it's easier said than done but personally, I found myself feeling anxious and just worse after scrolling through social media and some of the things I share with you in this episode has really helped me form a healthier relationship when it comes to not comparing myself to others may it be online or in real life.
