This week, Alex and Josh speak to Kathy who is celebrating three years of sobriety on the topic of suicide.
The episode may trigger some people so be aware it may be a slightly more difficult listen than other weeks but they open up about their own struggles with suicidal thoughts and attempts in and out of sobriety, as well as what they do now to help with mental health and the tools picked up in recovery.
