The You’re Not Alone Podcast is dedicated to helping people with OCD overcome it and reclaim their lives. I’m your host Zach Westerbeck. After being diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in 2016 and struggling with severe anxiety, deep depression and thoughts of suicide, I recovered to a place where I wanted to help others. Now, my life’s mission is to help you improve your mental wellness and decrease symptoms of OCD like intrusive thoughts, compulsions, anxiety, and depression by interviewing the most passionate experts in the field of OCD and mental health. By doing so, we will uncover strategies, tactics, and actionable steps specifically tailored to managing OCD symptoms and reclaiming a life of passion, fulfillment, and happiness.
