Nina Rifkind is the founder of the Anxiety & OCD Therapy Center, located in northwestern New Jersey. Her practice roots from her own childhood, when she constantly battled social anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, and self-doubt. Today, she shares her 20 years of experience in the field treating adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, phobias, OCD, health anxiety, body dysmorphia, BFRBs and more. She integrates CBT, ERP, ACT, and other psychodynamic techniques to help her patients navigate through their journey with mental health.
