Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis is a type of juvenile idiopathic arthritis than can occur in children. The classic features are polyarthritis, quotidien fever, evanescent rash, serositis like pericarditis or pleuritis, lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly.
