We began a delicious conversation with a dear dear friend of Mr Beef Chef John Hogan. John Hogan is your favorite chefs favorite chef. The class first of the rockstar Americans to cross the pond and apprentice with the greatest Chefs in the south of France. Before Charcuterie became the official snack of hipsters John Hogan was one of very few who kept it from extinction. I can’t sing his praises highly enough and we are honored to have him as the first official guest. Merci!
