Heroic stories inspire me. Especially those reminding me we can be the heroes of our own lives.

Rony Stav is one of my heroes. She founded Yoga to the People TLV, which is a donation based yoga community aiming to bring the joy and benefit of yoga to everyone.

But there's another reason I admire Rony. She is also a gifted yoga teacher with the ability to tell stories that transcends her yoga classes far beyond the physical movement, helping the listener absorb the wisdom of yoga in a much deeper level.
