Starting today the podcast gets a new name and a new Facebook page, and for the occasion, I eagerly asked Emily Shain, one of our favorite Tel Aviv yoga teachers, to lead a super detailed and comfortably paced yoga session.
Emily is such a pro she nailed both goals!!!
Practice was held at Yoga To The People TLV, which is a donation based community meeting at the Abraham Hostel TLV.
