Episode description

This practice is designed to bring you back into your body so that you can recalibrate your inner compass and allocate your energy wisely. Caitlin Rose weaves Chinese Meridian Theory into this practice by illuminating a simple map of the Gallbladder Meridian. The Gallbladder, according to Chinese Medicine, is responsible for your discernment, which includes how and with whom you spend your time with. Take this practice whenever you need to step away from distractions and come back to your inner knowing. Props: Grab several pillows (or yoga bolsters) and blocks. Moves & poses to know: Banana, Pigeon Pose or Deer Pose, Seated Twist, Dragonfly, Sphinx, Child's Pose, Shoelace with side bend and neck release and reclined Butterfly.
