Episode description

In this video I am going to be reacting to a self massage technique called perineum self-massage for constipation. Your perineum is the area between your anus and genitals. Now I am a total prude, so the idea of massaging this area, doesn’t actually appeal. However, apparently massaging this area stimulates the muscles of the pelvic floor and can support you in having a bowel movement. It is supposed to be a natural way to relieve constipation. In this video I am going to react to a popular video explaining the perineum self massage technique for constipation. I have no idea how effective it is. I’ll leave that to you to let me know. What I will share with you is a way to use a coregeous ball, or a 9” pilates ball to give you a PG 13 way to release your pelvic floor and we can see if that works. Coregeous Ball is available in our Amazon Store for Constipation Please note I sometimes receive a commission from Amazon if you decide to purchase an item at no additional cost to you. So if you suffer from constipation and you want to try a new natural remedy, we can watch this technique together, I can give you a PG-13 option that you can do while you are watching TV and you can see if the perineum self-massage works for you!
