Often, it is confused that speaking correct U.S. English is “talking White.” In comparison with the country of origin, England, our English is horrible and broken. I’ve listened to other cultures and our speech doesn’t really add up. Maybe that’s why “English is the hardest language to learn...” I just want to encourage us to drop the negative connotation that speaking correct English is associated with a particular race.
