Finding Joy in The Journey - #28

It's easy to go through life and to not feel a lot of joy. Here are some of my best tips for finding joy in each day. :)

1. Plan ahead
2. Lift up others
3. Try new things - Think of you
4. Keep learning and scattering sunshine
 
Also the story with me putting the letter in the teenager's bicycle spokes... I think it was actually in the water bottle holder of his bike haha. If that was the case it's more likely that he might have seen it, and read it! :)
