I had surgery last Friday, and I've learned TONS in just the last few days and had to share. 2019 was a BIG year for me. I experimented with a lot of things in my life and tried to live each day like I was a scientist in my own lab. Habits are a BIG part of why I am who I am. I am constantly trying to develop my habits so they are more effective and so they contribute to my progress/ability to help others.
