Episode description

Lately I have been really kind of struggling. It is the end of the semester, and prioritizing self-care is a must to help me get the results I want.

Inevitably though in stress and struggle there is some uncertainty. Recently I have been trying to choose to spend time in things that will lead to certain outcomes and will help me grow despite any uncertainties.

I felt like it would be valuable if I shared some of the things that are working for me with you all.

In This Episode:

1. Hold on the intangibles

2. Hold on to your identity

3. Have something to consult that helps you remember your overall goals.
