Hope you all are having a great Thanksgiving! I just wanted to share a few tools that have helped me increase my overall levels of gratitude.

1. Gratitude Dives - Set timer for 10 minutes. Get both your definition and the dictionary definition of the thing you are writing about, then write as much as you can about the thing and why you are thankful it is in your life.
 
2. Gratitude Flushes - Set timer for 10 minutes. Write a little bit about the thing you are grateful for, then write as much as you can what your life would be like without that thing in it.

3. 5 Wonderful Things From the Day - You can do this with a lot of adjectives. It will help you to find some of the little gems from your day and improve your overall focus and what you look for in a day.
