Anyone who has talked with me in the last few months would know I kind of let my self-talk get out of hand - I started caring a lot less about what I was hearing and didn't tame it as much. It has led to a lot of feelings of inadequacy and imposter syndrome... but I'm not giving up!

Here are a few of my thoughts that I have started telling to myself that have helped a lot for me overall.

1. This isn't going to change how I feel about you
2. This is the best thing that could have happened to me.
3. I'm not giving up on you.

BIG News! I am coming out with a quick college self-care handbook for college students! I wanted to come out with something that could help out people without taking a ton of their time to read. It's going to be $1, and I really hope it is helpful for you in some way!
