Episode description

Have you experienced a life-altering event that made you question your entire belief system?

I have.

In this episode, I share my personal story of how I lost my younger brother, Rudy, in his 20s. His passing changed my life forever. It changed how I looked at life and how I felt about it myself, and ultimately, it changed my way of BEING. My brother’s death is one of the profound influences on why and how I coach today.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but when it comes as a complete surprise, it rocks your world in a profound, foundational way.  What I learned from my brother’s death is that nothing is certain in life. Anything can change at any time; therefore, our value and worthiness do not come from anything outside of us. This was my first awakening to understanding where my value really comes from, my relationship with me.

Becoming a coach and the way in which I coach is in honor of my brother… I am honest, direct, and passionate about everyone doing the work. Because we only have this one precious life to live.

In this episode, I share:

·       How you can shift perspectives after a shocking loss.

·       Why supporting the "average mujer" is essential for me.

·       Learning where Beliefs come from.

·       Navigating a belief system that will work for you

·       How to use tragedy as an awakening experience

·       Why life is a game and how to play it.
